Free theme following these suggestions: birthday, birth, wedding/love, graduation.
The contestant must select at least 3 of the 5 Qualatex and/or NorthStar products, part of the same theme, listed here: 18" message, shape/jumbo, bubble, printed latex balloons, lettering.
The size of the base of the Marquees must be 80 x 30 cm (minimum size allowed) and must be made exclusively from latex balloons.
The maximum height may not exceed 160 cm.
Only Qualatex and NorthStar products such as latex, bubbles, foil will be allowed in the drawing, which must account for 80% of the composition.
Other elements (flowers and artificial greenery, fabrics, accessories or other) may also be used, but they may not exceed more than 20 percent of the composition.
Helium-inflated elements and balloon bouquets will not be allowed.
It will have to be transportable as a delivery.
The competition will be held live on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 4:30 pm.
The duration of the live competition is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Each team may participate with a maximum of two people, one of whom will be appointed as the person responsible for dealing with the organization.
The maximum number will be 30 teams admitted.
The minimum required duration of the Marquees is until March 28, 2023, the end date of the event.
One or more stations will be established, depending on the number of participating teams, for the use of inflators and welders.
The organization will provide the location and tables suitable for the competition.
Materials are the responsibility of individual participants.
Pre-assembled elements are only allowed for making Marquees if they are shown during registration.
