Competition Rules

  • Free theme.
  • The competition will take place live during the Inauguration Ceremony on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 7 pm.
  • Each realization must be finished in the maximum time of 12 minutes.
  • Only one participant per team is allowed for the competition.
  • The maximum number will be 30 participants.
  • The organization will provide the necessary tables for the competition. Balloons and hand pumps are the responsibility of individual participants.
  • Only Qualatex modeling balloons (160Q - 260Q - 350Q - 646Q - 321Q - Hearts - Geos - 5" Printed) or round balloons are allowed as long as they are used in distortion.
  • No pre-assembled or previously prepared elements are allowed
  • At the end of the competition, the sculptures must be placed and be stable without external aids (weights, stands or similar) unless the same are made from balloons.
