• All consumables that may be needed by competitors (such as American Tape, Plastic Ties, Aluminum, Balloon Shine, Ultra Hi Float, etc.....) that will be ordered and delivered during the course of the Great Sculpture competition must be paid for at the time of order or delivery to the site.
• In all competitions BACI, should competitors wish to polish their achievements, the only product allowed for this purpose is the spray called Balloon Shine. Other sprays or polishing products will not be allowed.
• Access to the specific competition areas is reserved only for those regularly registered to BACI event and member of a team.
• During the course of the Great Sculptures and Column live competitions, the use of cameras, smart phones, video cameras or other media is not permitted except for footage exclusively dedicated to one's personal achievements.
• Pioneer Balloon Company and Balloon Express reserve the rights to use images of competition entries for promotional purposes.
• All sculptures in the Great Sculptures competition must remain on display until the close of BACI 2020. Therefore, they may not be totally or partially disassembled previously.
• All works in the Column, Delivery Bouquet, Centerpiece and Balloon Figure competitions must remain on display until the close of BACI 2020. Therefore, they may not be totally or partially dismantled or previously removed.
• In case of reproduction of characters or objects covered by licensing rights, such as, for example Disney, Warner Bros, Coca Cola..., the person in charge of the sculpture must produce, as an attachment to the entry, a self-certification disclaiming Balloon Express Srl from any responsibility in case of verification by the above-mentioned companies. Please also note that no images of such realization may be used without the permission of the companies in question.
